The Vision
The vision of TradePort is to bridge the gap of trade among nations and works as an alternative in which you don't need to transact through fiat currencies and can help each other worldwide without intermediaries.
The Short Term Vision:
The short term vision for TradePort is broken down into five parts:
Build the TradePort core marketplace and try to get as many users on boarded into the crypto ecosystem as possible through good UX and TradePort Pay. We also want to try and improve on current Ethereum infrastructure that is currently too complicated for the average user.
Redefine what we know as “Value” and make it simple enough for users to understand and transact with one another through TradePort Pay.
The next step is to extend the core marketplace to others so they can create their own marketplaces using our backend and your custom front-end. We aim to extend TradePort Pay to everyone and create an easy to use marketplace network and payment system.
The final step is to create the world's largest trade network using the blockchain to power transactions. It’s a huge goal but one that can be accomplished through careful planning and innovative thinking.
The Long Term Vision:
The long term plan is to reduce the borders among nations and improve the economies of developing nations through trade. As seen with the rise of China, trade is one of the most sustainable methods of consistent economic growth. Because of China’s growth it allowed for the rise of Asia as a whole.
The aim of TradePort is to create a platform for business owners from developing nations to sell their products to the global market and accept payments globally through cryptocurrency which is cheaper and faster than traditional payment methods. This will increase economic growth in these nations and will decrease global poverty by a significant portion.
Social Impact:
We have a duty to our fellow human beings to help one another out in one way or another. We pledge to help as much as we can and will try to do as much social impact as we possibly can.
One way we aim to do this is to provide funding to companies in impoverished countries where the blockchain technology is most useful. This is a must as those people know what it takes to make the technology work for them as the problems they face affect them everyday.
We aim to create meetups in developing nations to introduce developers and average users to the power of the blockchain and help them help themselves.
